目的:介绍助推(Nudge)理论促进食物选择的相关研究,明确现存问题并指出如何运用于我国健康食物选择的促进工作中。方法:2007年3月-2023年10月,从PubMed、Web of Science、万方数据、中国知网等数据库中检索助推理论在健康领域的系统综述和荟萃分析。同时结合国内外助推理论促进健康食物选择的实践案例进行深入分析。结果:Nudge能够帮助个体选择健康食物,然而也存在待改善的问题。在健康领域,国外已展开了大量关于Nudge的学术研究和实践探索,而国内在理论和实践上都鲜有研究。结论:有必要开展Nudge理论在健康食物选择方面的干预研究和实践探索,补充完善中国人群的研究结果。
Research Progress of Nudging Healthy Food Choice
[Objective]To introduce the researches on Nudge Theory in the field of healthy food choice,existing problems are clarified and the Nudge Theory is illustrated how it can be applied to the promotion of healthy food choice in China.[Method]Systematic reviews and meta-analysis related to the Nudge Theory of health were retrieved from databases including PubMed,Web of Science,Wan fang Data and China National Knowledge Infrastructure from March 2007 to October 2023.Meanwhile,further analysis was done combining with domestic and foreign practical cases of Nudge theories on promoting healthy food choice.[Result]Nudge is able to help individuals make healthy food choices.However,some problems have to be improved.In the field of health,a lot of academic researches and practical explorations have been carried out in foreign countries,but there were few researches on theory and practice in China.[Conclusion]It is necessary to conduct interventional studies and practical explorations of Nudge theory in the field of food choice to supplement the results of the study in Chinese population.
