摘要

目的:天然双黄酮是自然界中低分子量多酚类物质,表现出很高生物活性.从草药中提取有效成分并加以利用的方法一直是重点研究方向,因此梳理近年来双黄酮类化合物的提取分离纯化方法及其生物活性具有重要意义.方法:利用中国知网(CNKI)和ScienceDirect数据库分别检索双黄酮类化合物的分布、提取分离纯化方法以及双黄酮类化合物的生物活性.结果:总结了国内外双黄酮提取分离纯化方法,明确了双黄酮类化合物抗氧化、抗炎、抑制癌细胞、抗病毒、抗菌等药理作用,为双黄酮类化合物进一步开发利用提供理论依据.结论:双黄酮的功能和开发利用方面仍有很大发展空间,且剂型研究存在较大差距,需要进一步研究补充.

Abstract

[Objective]Natural biflavonoids are low-molecular-weight polyphenols in nature and exhibit high biological activity.The method of extracting active ingredients from herbal medicines and using them has been the key research direction in research.Therefore,summarizing the extraction,separation and purification methods of bisflavonoids and their biological activities in recent years is of great significance.[Method]The distribution,extraction,separation and purification methods of bisflavonoids and the biological activities of bisflavonoids were searched using CNKI and ScienceDirect databases,respectively.[Result]The extraction,separation and purification methods of bisflavonoids at home and abroad,and the effects of bisflavonoids such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,inhibiting cancer cells,antiviral,antibacterial,etc.were summarized,which provided theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of bisflavonoids.[Conclusion]There is still a lot of place for development in the function,development and utilization of biflavonoids,and there is a big gap in the research on dosage forms,which needs further research and supplementation.
