微藻资源概述及微藻多糖的生物活性研究进展

目的:微藻种类多样、生长迅速且富含营养成分,是资源丰富、开发前景广阔的一种新食品原料。微藻中多糖含量丰富,且微藻多糖具有多种有益的生物活性,在食品、化妆品、医药等领域大有作为,因此了解微藻资源并梳理微藻多糖的生物活性具有重要意义。方法:利用中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据、Science Direct数据库对微藻资源概况和微藻多糖的生物活性进行检索。结果:对微藻的分类、培养方式、营养组成进行了简要介绍,并概述了微藻多糖的分离纯化方法、结构、主要生物活性和应用现状,为微藻新食品原料的开发以及微藻多糖的深入广泛应用提供参考。结论:微藻复杂成分和精细结构的研究有待深入,微藻多糖应用的深度和广度仍需进一步探索。
Overview of Microalgae Resources and Research Progress of Bioactivities of Microalgae Polysaccharides
[Objective]Microalgae are diverse,fast-growing and rich in nutrients,making them a rich resource and promising new food ingredient.Microalgae are rich in polysaccharides,and these polysaccharides have a variety of beneficial biological activities,making them useful in food,cosmetics and medicine.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand microalgae resources and clarify the biological activity of microalgae polysaccharides.[Method]The overview of microalgae resources and the biological activities of microalgae polysaccharides were searched by CNKI,Wanfang data,and Science Direct database.[Result]The classification,culture methods and nutritional composition of microalgae is given,and an overview of the methods of isolation and purification,structure,main biological activities and current status of applications of microalgae polysaccharides is given,in the hope of providing a reference for the development of new food ingredients of microalgae and the in-depth and extensive application of microalgae polysaccharides.[Conclusion]The research on the complex composition and fine structure of microalgae needs to be deepened,and the depth and breadth of the application of microalgae polysaccharides still need to be further explored.
