目的:了解"大数据+人工智能"技术在营养健康领域的应用状况及挑战,为推动"大数据+人工智能"在营养健康领域的创新以促进国民营养健康水平提供参考。方法:通过计算机检索中国知网学术论文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、Embase等检索相关文献,采用文献资料法、信息研究法等深入分析"大数据+人工智能"在营养健康领域的应用和面临的挑战。结果:"大数据+人工智能"等技术极大地促进了营养健康领域的发展,在膳食营养评估与推荐、疾病预测与管理、食物识别与成分分析、健康指导和个性化建议、营养健康教育等环节均发挥了关键作用。同时,大数据和人工智能在营养健康领域从理论到实践仍面临诸多挑战。结论:通过全面整合营养健康相关大数据,融合人工智能技术,同时重视数据安全性,建立个体化营养状况精准评价、调整营养干预措施和建议,更有效的预防和管理疾病,进而达到全民健康的目标。
Application Research of "Big Data+Artificial Intelligence" in The Field of Nutrition and Health
[Objective]To understand the application status and challenges of "Big data+Artificial intelligence" technology in the field of nutrition and health,and provide reference for promoting innovation of "Big data+Artificial intelligence" in the field of nutrition and health to promote and improve the level of national nutrition and health.[Method]By conducting computer searches on China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) academic paper databases,Wanfang databases,VIP databases,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,and other relevant literature,we conducted in-depth analysis of the application and challenges of "Big data+Artificial intelligence" in the field of nutrition and health using methods such as literature review and information research.[Result]Technologies such as "Big data+Artificial intelligence" have greatly promoted the development of the field of nutrition and health,playing a key role in dietary nutrition assessment and recommendation,disease prediction and management,food identification and ingredient analysis,health guidance and personalized advice,and nutrition and health education. At the same time,"Big data and Artificial intelligence" still face many challenges in the field of nutrition and health from theory to practice.[Conclusion]By comprehensively integrating big data related to nutrition and health,combining artificial intelligence technology,and emphasizing data security,personalized accurate evaluation of nutritional status can be established,and nutritional intervention measures and recommendations can be adjusted in real time,so that diseases can be more effectively prevented and managed,ultimately achieving the goal of national health.
