Research Progress on Nutritional Function and Health Benefits of Goat Milk
[Objective]The research progress on the nutritional function and health effects of goat milk was reviewed.[Method]The nutritional function and health function information of goat milk were retrieved from PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang and other databases.[Result]Goat milk has nutritional properties of easy digestion and absorption,hypoallergenicity,low lactose intolerance and high immune activity,and plays an important role in the prevention of diabetes,the maintenance of bone health and the health of different populations.[Conclusion]Goat milk plays an important role in health,so it is necessary to carry out more in-depth scientific research on nutritional func-tion characteristics and health effects,enrich the types of goat dairy products,and develop in the direction of high quality of the industry.
