摘要
目的:了解山东省聊城市在校学生的营养素养水平及影响因素,为提高居民营养素养提供参考依据.方法:采用方便抽样的方法抽取聊城市某学院的学生进行调查.采用"一般情况调查表"收集调查对象的基本信息,采用"一般人群营养素养问卷"收集调查对象的营养素养水平.结果:发放问卷603份,回收问卷603份,有效问卷580份.调查对象营养素养的中位数是64.5(IQR=14.0),营养素养水平为72.6％.家庭人均月收入较高的调查对象营养素养水平较高(64.5 vs 63.5 vs 66.5,H=6.865,P<0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,调查对象的营养素养水平受到家庭人均月收入的影响.结论:山东省聊城市在校学生的营养素养水平尚可,主要受家庭人均月收入的影响,有必要需采取相应措施,促进营养水平的提升.
Abstract
[Objective]To evaluate the nutritional literacy level and influencing factors of students in Liaocheng city,and provide refer-ence for improving residents'nutritional literacy.[Method]Convenience Sampling Method was used to select participants from Liaocheng Professional Technical College for investigation. The "basic information questionnaire" was used to collect basic information of participants,and the "nutritional literacy questionnaire" was used to collect the nutritional literacy level of participants.[Result]A total of 603 participants were enrolled,603 questionnaires were collected,and 580 valid questionnaires were obtained. The median nutritional literacy of the participants was 64.5 (IQR=14.0),with a nutritional literacy level of 72.6％. Participants with higher per capita monthly income had higher levels of nutritional literacy (64.5 vs 63.5 vs 66.5,H=6.865,P<0.05). The results of the multiple factor logistic regression analysis showed that the nutritional literacy level of the participants was influenced by their education level and monthly income.[Conclusion]The students in Liaocheng city have a certain level of nutritional literacy,mainly influenced by their monthly income. Effec-tive measures should be taken to improve the nutritional level.
