单纯庖疹病毒1型(herpes simplex virus type 1,HSV-1)是一种具有免疫逃逸、潜伏以及再感染能力的DNA病毒.尽管其生物学特性已被广泛研究,但目前尚未开发出专门针对HSV-1的治疗药物和预防性疫苗.HSV-1的感染能够引发宿主固有免疫和适应性免疫响应.其中,巨噬细胞通过病原体的吞噬、加工和提呈等过程,在抗病毒免疫反应中发挥着重要作用.本文对巨噬细胞在对抗HSV-1感染中作用的最新研究进展作一综述,以期为未来的疫苗设计和药物研发提供参考.
Progress in research on action mechanism of macrophages against herpes simplex virus type 1 infection
Herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1)is a DNA virus renowned for its ability to evade the immune response,establish latency,and reinfect.Despite extensive research into its biological characteristics,there are no specific therapeu-tics or preventative vaccines currently available for HSV-1.Infection with HSV-1 triggers innate and adaptive immune respon-ses in the host,with macrophages playing a crucial role in antiviral immune responses through processes such as pathogen engulfment,processing,and presentation.This review aims to elucidate the latest research developments on the role of macro-phages in combating HSV-1 infection,in hopes of providing insights for future vaccine design and drug development.
