Abstract
To meet the time-sensitive requirements of transfusion therapy,clinical laboratory testing for ABO blood typ-ing must be conducted swiftly and accurately. To achieve this,laboratory technicians need to master the underlying logic of ABO blood type testing,the setup of reaction patterns,criteria for judging agglutination intensity,standards for blood type determination,the elimination of interfering factors,the confirmation of missed antigens,the selection of test methods,and other basic theories and experimental skills,as well as reporting methods.
