输血是1种常见的治疗手段,在临床医学中具有不可替代的作用。然而,输血过程中存在传播疾病的风险,如人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)等。为了降低这些风险,确保输血安全,对输血传播疾病标志物的检测显得尤为重要。生物传感器技术因其高灵敏度、快速响应和便携性等优点,在输血传播疾病标志物检测领域具有广阔的应用前景。然而,目前针对输血传播疾病标志物检测的生物传感方法尚未被系统分类或充分讨论过。因此,本文首先阐述了常见的输血传播疾病标志物及其重要性。随后,重点讨论了生物传感器在输血传播疾病标志物检测中实际应用,并就该领域所面临的挑战和未来发展方向进行了深入分析。
Application and development of biosensors in the detection of transfusion transmitted diseases markers:a review
Blood transfusion is a common therapeutic measure with indispensable role in clinical medicine. However,there is a risk of transmitting diseases during blood transfusion,such as human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),hepatitis B virus (HBV),hepatitis C virus (HCV),etc. To reduce these risks and ensure blood transfusion safety,detection of dis-ease markers in blood transfusion is particularly important. Biological sensing technology,with its advantages of high sensi-tivity,rapid response and portability,has broad application prospects in the detection of disease markers in blood transfu-sion. However,the biological sensing strategies for detection of disease markers in blood transfusion have not yet been sys-tematically classified or fully discussed. Therefore,this paper first elucidates the common disease markers in blood transfu-sion and their importance. Then,it focuses on the application of biological sensors in the detection of disease markers in blood transfusion and discusses the challenges faced and the direction of future development in this field.
