红细胞储存损伤的研究进展

红细胞是体内运输氧气的主要媒介,正常情况下,人体内循环的红细胞寿命大约是120 d。然而在献血后,储存过程中的红细胞由于代谢物的积累或消耗,最终会诱导储存损伤的发生。现将近年来针对红细胞储存损伤发生机制、导致的潜在临床影响及相应的解决策略的相关研究综述如下。
Red blood cell storage lesion:a progress review
Red blood cells are the main mediators of oxygen transportation in the body. Under normal conditions,the life span of red blood cells circulating in the human body is approximately 120 days. However,after blood donation,eryth-rocytes in the storage process will eventually induce the occurrence of storage injury due to the accumulation or consumption of metabolites. This review presents a summary of recent research on the mechanism of red blood cell storage lesion,its po-tential clinical effects and corresponding strategies as follows.
