摘要
在信息技术日新月异的时代背景下,航道信息化建设已成为提升航道管理效能与服务质量的核心举措.本文聚焦于湖南省智慧航道建设的实践,深入分析其建设现状,并提出针对性的发展策略.首先,对湖南省智慧航道的建设现状进行调研,分析其在信息化建设上取得的成就及存在的不足之处.在此基础上开展湖南省智慧航道发展策略研究,针对性地提出切实可行的发展策略.不仅有助于进一步完善湖南省智慧航道的建设,也可为国内其他地区的航道信息化建设提供有益的参考.
Abstract
With rapid changes in the new generation of information technology,the construction of waterway informatisation has become a core initiative to enhance the efficiency of waterway management and the quality of services.This paper focuses on the practice of smart waterway construction in Hunan Province,conducts an in-depth analysis of its current status,and proposes feasible development strategies.It not only helps to further improve the construction of smart waterways in Hunan Province but also provides valuable references for the informatisation of waterways in other regions of China.
