目的:采用Folin-Ciocaileu比色法测定啤酒花中的总多酚的含量.方法:以没食子酸作为对照品,以福林试剂-碳酸钠溶液体系为显色剂,检测波长765 nm.结果:标准曲线的回归方程为Y=0.046 59+109.89X(r=0.999 4),线性范围0.049～0.595 g·L-1,稳定性、精密度、重现性、回收率的RSD 1.01%～1.53%,平均回收率分别为99.6%,101.7%,98.3%.结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,是检测啤酒花中总多酚成分的可靠方法,为控制啤酒花的内在质量提供了依据.
Determination of the Content of Total Polyphenol for Hops by Folin-Ciocaileu
Objective: To estabilsh an UV method for determination of the content of total polyphenol for hops.Method: Folin-Ciocaileu was adopted determining the content of total polyphenol by UV at 765 nm.Result:The total polyphenol was linear in the range of 0.049-0.595 g·L-1 with the relative standard deviation r = 0.999 4.The average recovery was 99.7％ , 101.7％ ,98.3％.Conclusion :The method is accurate and simple with good reproducibility, and can control the quailty of this preparation effectively.
