目的:分析不同产地的山药中腺苷的含量,为山药质量标准的建立提供参考.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,sunFire C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 6.5)-甲醇(85∶15)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·m in-1;检测波长260nm.结果:10批不同产地山药中腺苷含量介于0.035 9 ~0.104 0 mg·g-1.结论:该方法操作简便,结果稳定可靠,可用于山药的质量评价.
Objective; To determine content of adenosine in Dioscorea opposita from the various cultivation areas. Method; A SunFire C]8 Colum (4.6 mm x250 mm,5 jjim) was used with Methanol- phosphate buffer(15: 85 ) as the mobile phase. The detective wavelength was set at 260 nm and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL ? Min "'. Result: Ten batches of the samples were analyzed. The content of adenosine ranged from 0.035 9-0. 104 0 mg ? G"1. Conclusion; The method was simple, reproducible and reliable. It can be used to control the quality of D. Opposita.
