奶牛乳房炎病原检测技术研究进展

奶牛乳房炎是危害奶牛业最重要的疾病之一,不仅给奶牛业造成了巨大的经济损失,而且其某些病原体可引起人类感染.引起奶牛乳房炎的病原多达150种,及时、准确的诊断乳房炎并检测出致病菌,对奶牛乳房炎的综合防治有着重要意义.目前,检测乳房炎病原的方法主要有细菌分离鉴定法、免疫学检测法、基因芯片和PCR检测技术等.本文就奶牛乳房炎病原检测技术进行系统阐述,旨在为奶牛乳房炎的综合防治提供参考.
RESEARCH PROGRESS ON DETECTION OF DAIRY COW MASTITIS PATHOGENS
Mastitis is one of the most important diseases that cause significant economic loss in dairy industry. Some mastitis pathogens have importance of public health. There are more than 150 species pathogens that can cause mastitis. Attempts to diagnose and detect these pathogens timely and accurately have been of significance in comprehensive prevention of dairy mastitis. Currently, major methods for detection of mastitis include isolation and identification of pathogens, immunological assays, gene chip and PCR. This summary provides the systemic illustration on detection methods and measures for integrated control of mastitis in dairy cows.
