摘要
阿卡斑病是一种重要的牛、羊虫媒性传染病,由阿卡斑病毒感染所致,该病可引起怀孕母畜的流产、早产,胎儿的脑脊髓炎、先天性关节弯曲-积水性无脑综合征.在许多国家都有该病暴发的相关报道,该病引起的流产风暴给养殖业带来巨大经济损失,影响了养殖业的健康发展.由于其分布范围广、危害性大、是国际动物贸易中重要检疫疫病之一.本文对阿卡斑病的病原学、流行病学、临床症状、诊断方法进行论述,以期为预防控制阿卡斑病提供参考.
Abstract
Akabane disease is an important arthropod-borne disease of cattle and sheep caused by Akabane virus(AKAV).Akabane virus causes spontaneous abortions,premature births in pregnant females and fetus nonsuppurative encephalomyelitis,arthrogryposis-hydranencephaly syndrome in fetuses.It hass widespread reported in many countries.AKAV cause"abortion storms"that result in considerable economic losses to the livestock industry and posed a great threat to the development of livestock husbandry.Because of its wide distribution and damaging effects,Akabane virus is one of the key quarantine objects in international animal trade.In the review,we summarized progress on pathogenicity,epidemiology,clinical signs and diagnostic methods to provide a reference for prevention and control of the disease.
