摘要
猪圆环病毒是引起猪群圆环病毒相关疾病(PCVAD)的主要病原,其中猪圆环病毒3型是近年来新发现危害生猪产业又一重要血清型,已在世界范围内广泛流行传播.流行病学调查发现,在我国多个省区也是存在该病的流行,并且有较高的感染率,给生猪产业以及相关领域带来潜在的经济损失,引起各方关注.本文主要从猪圆环病毒3型的病原学、流行病学、检测技术及防控进行了综述,以期为该病毒的后续研究提供参考.
Abstract
Porcine circovirus is the main pathogen of porcine circovirus associated disease(PCVAD)that endangers the pig industry in recent years.Porcine circovirus type 3 is another important genotype that has been newly discovered in pig populations around the world.Epidemiological surveys have found that PCV3 is also prevalent in many provinces and regions in China with a high infection rate,which brings potential economic losses to the pig industry and related fields.This article reviews the etiology,epidemiology,testing technology,prevention and control of porcine circovirus type 3 in order to provide a reference for further study of the virus.
