城市宠物源细菌耐药性研究进展

随着宠物抗菌药物使用量的逐年增多,宠物源细菌耐药水平不断攀升。本文就国内外宠物源细菌耐药性危害、宠物源大肠埃希菌、肠球菌、沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等的耐药性进行综述,并针对我国宠物源耐药性现状,提出应建立宠物源细菌耐药性监测体系,分析宠物源细菌耐药性变化及趋势,加强宠物用抗菌药物的使用管理与统计,加强科学养宠与科学用药的宣传教育等应对措施,为遏制动物源细菌耐药性问题提供参考。
Research Progress on Drug Resistance of Urban Pet Bacteria
With the increasing use of antibiotics in pets year by year,the drug resistance of bacteria from pets is rising.This paper reviews the harm of drug resistance of pet bacteria at home and abroad with the focuses on Escherichia coli,Enterococcus,Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus.In view of the current situation of drug resistance of pet bacteria in China,it is proposed to establish a monitoring system to analyze and track the changes.We should strengthen the management and statistics of the use of antibiotics for pets and improve the publicity and education of scientific pet care and drug use so as to provide a reference for curbing the drug resistance of bacteria of animal origin.
