禽类隐孢子虫与其他病原感染相关性研究进展

隐孢子虫作为一种重要的胞内寄生原虫,感染谱广泛,主要侵犯呼吸道、胃肠道和法氏囊,禽类感染后主要表现为精神萎靡、腹泻、免疫低下和呼吸困难等临床症状。多重病原协同感染是近些年禽病的主要流行形式,禽类隐孢子虫作为一种重要的机会性致病病原,其感染与宿主的免疫功能直接相关,当器官/组织伴有其他病原同时感染时,可使疾病风险和防控难度加剧。目前,禽类隐孢子虫流行病学数据相对较少,与其他病原感染相关性研究尚不明朗。本文通过对国内外研究数据的梳理、归纳,对禽类隐孢子虫流行及其与呼吸道、消化道和法氏囊感染的其他病原的相关性进行综述,为进一步研究其间的协同致病机制奠定基础。
Research Progress in Coinfection of Cryptosporidium of Avian with Other Pathogens
Cryptosporidium is an important intracellular protozoan parasite that infects a wide range of host.It mainly parasites in respiratory tract,gastrointestinal tract and bursa of fabricius,causing clinical signs such as listlessness,diarrhea,low immunity,dyspnea in avian hosts.Co-infection of multiple pathogens is the main epidemic characteristic of avian infectious diseases in recent years.In poultry world,Cryptosporidium is an opportunistic pathogen,whose infection is directly related to the immunity of the host.Co-infection of Cryptosporidium with other pathogens can aggravate the risk of disease development and the difficulty of infection control.Currently,the epidemiological feature of avian Cryptosporidium has been poorly studied,and the correlation between infections of Cryptosporidium and other pathogens is still unclear.By reviewing and analyzing the global research data in the field,we summarized the prevalence of avian cryptosporidiosis and its association with the infection of other important pathogens to lay the groundwork for further studies on the synergistic pathogenic mechanism of co-infection.
