摘要
猴痘(monkeypox,Mpox)是被世界卫生组织(WHO)认定的"构成全球突发公共卫生事件"的一种人兽共患性痘病毒病.猴痘2022疫情主要在欧美等地区的人际间流行,尽管一些输入我国的病例被有效识别、隔离和治疗,未造成较大危害和影响,但越来越多的社区隐匿存在的人间病例,人们担心可从人类再传播给动物特别是宠物,从而建立新的动物宿主种群而再次危害人类,使猴痘的预防和控制变得更为复杂和困难.本文通过猴痘病毒流行毒株演化趋势、流行病学特点以及感染动物的临床症状、危害与传播规律的介绍,以探讨我国人间猴痘外溢动物风险的防控策略与措施.
Abstract
Monkeypox(Mpox)is a zoonotic poxvirus disease recognized by the World Health Organization(WHO)as"a global public health emergency".Mpox 2022 is mainly a epidemic between humans in continents of the Europe and the American.Although some imported cases have not caused great harm and impact due to been effectively identified,isolated and treated in China,but more and more human to human cases have been concealed in communities,and people are worried that they may spread from humans to animals,espe-cially pets,and maybe establishing a new host populations of animal and endangering humans again.It makes the prevention and control of Mpox more complicated and difficult.This review introduces the evolution trend of MPXV strains,epidemiological characteristics,clinical symptoms,harm and trans-mission rules of infected animals,and discusses the prevention and control strategies and measures of animal risk of Mpox spilt from human in China.
