马源性免疫球蛋白的研究应用进展

摘要
马源性免疫球蛋白是采用特定抗原主动免疫马匹后产生的较高滴度的能够中和这种抗原的抗体(主要成分是IgG),通过胃蛋白酶消化,切掉与种属间免疫原性相关的Fc段,仅纯化出具有中和活性的F(ab')2片段,发挥特异性免疫作用,用于预防和治疗以传染病为主的许多疾病.本文对马源性免疫球蛋白的结构和功能、马源性免疫球蛋白在冠状病毒感染等传染病的防治中发挥的作用进行了综述,以便为积极发挥马源性免疫球蛋白的优势总结经验,并为突破马源性免疫球蛋白研发应用中存在的瓶颈问题提供参考和建议.
Abstract
Equine immunoglobulin refers to the neutralizing antibody(mainly comprised of IgG)produced by the active immunization of horses with specific antigens.Through digestion by pepsin,the Fc fragment associated with inter-species immunogenicity is removed,and only the F(ab')2 fragment with neutralizing activity was purified.The products provide specific immunological functions and play important roles in preventing and treating many infectious diseases.This review article summarizes the structure and the function of equine immunoglobulin,as well as the research progress of equine immunoglobulin in infectious diseases such as coronavirus.It provides suggestions for making full use of the advantages of equine immunoglobulin and overcoming the bottlenecks in its research and development in the future.
