猪日本乙型脑炎病毒新型检测方法研究进展

日本乙型脑炎病毒(Japanese encephalitis virus,JEV)是人兽共患病日本乙型脑炎的病原,对世界养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失.因此,建立快速可靠的JEV检测方法,有利于及时检测JEV和采取措施防控日本乙型脑炎.本文总结了近年来检测J EV的新型方法,包括分子生物学检测、免疫学检测、生物传感器检测等技术,以期为有效诊断及防治JEV感染提供技术指导.
Research progress on novel detection methods of porcine Japanese encephalitis virus
Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)is the zoonotic agent of Japanese encephalitis,which had caused huge economic loss to the global pig industry.Therefore,the establishment of the rapid and reliable method to detect JEV was conducive to the timely detection of JEV and the prevention and control of Japanese encephalitis.This study provided a comprehensive overview of the novel detection methodologies for JEV in recent years,including molecular biological detection,immunological detection,biosensor detection to offer technical guidance for effec-tive diagnosis and prevention of JEV infection.
