Research progress on factors affecting replication and infection of Japanese encephalitis virus
Japanese encephalitis(JE)is a natural zoonotic disease transmitted by mosquitoes,caus-ing major economic losses to the world's pig industry and affecting humans.Japanese encephalitis is referred to as"Japanese encephalitis",and its causative agent is Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV),which is one of the most important infectious diseases in animal disease prevention and control. At pre-sent,the effective measures to prevent and control JEV are biological prophylaxis and vaccine immu-nization.However,due to the pig-mosquito-human transmission route of JEV,the prevention and control of the disease has brought serious challenges,so the existing JE commercial vaccines can only provide partial protection for animals. At present, there are no effective anti-JEV drugs, and the development of effective anti-JEV drugs has become a research hotspot.Based on this, this paper reviews the latest research progress of various factors affecting JEV replication and infection,in order to provide ref-erence for the development of novel drugs with high efficiency against JE.
