口蹄疫(FMD)是由口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)引起的一种最具影响、最难控制的动物疫病之一,严重危害着偶蹄动物的健康.FMDV属于单股正链RNA病毒,由结构蛋白和非结构蛋白组成.本文系统总结了口蹄疫病毒非结构蛋白3A的结构和功能特点,有助于进一步研究FMDV的感染机制并为FMD防控提供参考.
Research progress of foot-and-mouth disease virus non-structural protein 3 A
Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)is a highly impactful and challenging animal disease caused by foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV),posing a significant threat to the health of cloven-hoofed animals.FMDV is a single-stranded positive strand RNA virus,comprising both structural and non-structural proteins.This article presents a comprehensive overview of the structural and functional attributes of the FMDV non-structural protein 3A.The findings of this study contribute to a deeper understanding of the infection mechanism of FMDV and offer valuable insights for the prevention and control of FMD.
