摘要

为初步了解我国华东地区猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)的流行特点,2021-2022年采集华东地区480份临床疑似PRRSV样品,采用RT-PCR方法检测是否存在PRRSV,统计显示阳性为175份,阳性检出率为38.89%.对来自不同猪场的24个阳性样品的病毒ORF5基因测序,所有检测的毒株均属美洲型,共可以分为4个亚型,其中11个毒株属于高致病性PRRSV(HP-PRRSV)(Sublineage 8.7);6个毒株属于类NADC30毒株亚型(Sublineage 1.8);4个毒株属于类NADC34亚型(Sublineage 1.5).病毒GP5蛋白基因测序结果显示,流行毒株GP5蛋白aa3-39及aa185-200两个高变区出现变异.该研究表明我国该地区PRRSV流行毒株存在遗传多样性,基因型复杂,需要引起我们的重视.

Abstract

In order to preliminarily study the epidemic characteristics of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)in East China,480 clinically suspected PRRSV-positive samples were collected in East China from 2021 to 2022 for PRRSV detection by RT-PCR.Of these samples,175 were PRRSV-positive with a positive rate of 38.89%.The ORF5 genes of 24 positive samples from different pig farms were sequenced and shown to be the American type 2,divided into 4 subtypes.Among them,11 strains belonged to the HP-PRRSV(Sublineage 8.7),6 strains belonged to the PRRSV NADC30-like strain(Sublineage 1.8),and 4 strains belonged to the PRRSV NADC34-like strain(Sublineage 1.5).The PRRSV GP5 sequencing results showed that mutations occurred in the two hypervariable regions aa3-39 and aa185-200 of the epidemic strains.This study shows that the circulating PRRSV strains in East China have a high genetic diversity with complex genotypes,which calls for our special attention.
