摘要
分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)是肠道黏膜组织中最丰富的抗体类型,与黏液和抗菌肽组成肠上皮细胞的第一道防线,保护其免受肠道病原的侵害.sIgA不仅可以阻止病原微生物的入侵,中和毒素,而且能够调节肠道菌群的组成比例,维持肠道内微生物群的稳态.本综述主要介绍肠道sIgA的合成与分泌途径、sIgA与肠道菌群的相互作用.
Abstract
Secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA)is the most abundant antibody type in intestinal mu-cosal tissues.sIgA,together with mucus and antimicrobial peptides,forms the first line of host de-fense of intestinal epithelial cells,to protect against intestinal pathogens.sIgA can not only pre-vent the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms and neutralize toxins,but also regulate the composi-tion of intestinal microbiota,to maintain the gut homeostasis.Our review delineates the synthesis and secretion pathways of sIgA in the intestines,and systematic discussion about the interactions between gut microbiota and sIgA.
