In vitro antibiotic susceptibilities of Mycoplasma hyorhinis clinical isolates
In order to explore the sensitivity of clinical isolates of Mycoplasma hyorhinis(Mhr)to antibiotics, the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of 12 kinds of commonly used antibiotics to 31 strains of Mhr isolated by our laboratory from 2010 to 2021 were determined by micro broth culture method. The results showed that the Mhr clinical isolates were most sensitive to tiamulin, with the MIC50 of 0.030 μg/mL and MIC90of 0.125 μg/mL.The isolates were also sensitive to doxycycline and ciprofloxacin, with the MIC50 and MIC90 of 0.50 and 1.00 μg/mL.The MIC of tylosin and tylvalosin showed a bimodal distri-bution.The MIC90 values of tilmicosin and lincomycin both reached ≥128 μg/mL,with 29%and 32%strains having MIC≥128 μg/mL,respectively,suggesting a significant trend in drug resistance. The results of this study enrich the drug sensitivity data of Mhr clinical isolate in China and provide data support and reasonable guidance for clinical medication.
