摘要
鸭源呼肠孤病毒(DRV)是目前严重危害水禽养殖业发展的病原微生物之一,其引起的番鸭呼肠孤病毒(MDRV)病及新型鸭呼肠孤病毒(NDRV)病在中国福建、江苏、山东、山西等水禽主产区广泛流行.近年来DRV在我国水禽养殖业的感染率呈显著上升趋势,给我国的水禽养殖业造成了重大的经济损失.如何安全、高效地防控DRV是当前亟待解决的问题.文章综述了国内外DRV疫苗,防治药物及预防性治疗抗体的研究进展,以期为有效预防DRV疫苗的研制及防控技术的发展提供一定的参考.
Abstract
Duck reovirus(DRV)is one of the pathogen that severely threat the development of waterfowl farming industry.Diseases caused by DRV,such as Muscovy duck reovirus(MDRV)disease and novel duck reovirus(NDRV)disease,have become widely spread in key waterfowl production regions in China,such as Fujian,Jiangsu,Shandong and Shanxi.In recent years,an obvious increase in DRV infection cases were clearly observed in China,resulting in substantial economic losses in waterfowl farming industry.Therefore,effectively prevention and control of DRV associated diseases has become an urgent priority.Our study provides a comprehensive overview of domestic and international research advances on DRV vaccines,therapeutic medicine,prophylactic or therapeutic antibodies,further offering valuable insights for the development of efficacious vaccines and control strategy in prevention of DRV related disease.
