摘要
面对抗生素耐药性的巨大挑战,益生菌细菌素在提高免疫力和抗感染方面展现了显著的效果.基于此,开发以益生菌细菌素为基础的新型抗菌剂成为研究的热点.本文对益生菌细菌素的来源、分类以及它对病毒和细菌的作用机理和应用进行综述,旨在为天然产物的筛选和新型替抗产品的研发提供参考.
Abstract
Facing the enormous challenge of antibiotic resistance,probiotic bacteriocins have shown remarkable effects in improving immunity and anti-infection.Based on this,the development of new antibacterial agents about probiotics bacteriocins has become a research hotspot.This paper reviews the source,classification,mechanism of action and application of probiotic bacteriocins against viruses and bacteria,in order to provide reference for the screening of natural products and the development of novel products to replace antibiotic.
