摘要
本文从Kelch-like(KLHL)家族蛋白的结构特点出发,围绕其在天然免疫、肿瘤等疾病方面的作用展开叙述,旨在为KLHL家族蛋白功能的研究和肿瘤等疾病的预防和治疗提供思路.
Abstract
This review starts from the structural characteristics of Kelch-like(KLHL)family pro-teins,and focuses on their roles in innate immunity,tumors and other diseases,aiming to provide in-sights for the research on the functions of KLHL family proteins and the prevention and treatment of diseases such as cancer.
