猪肠道冠状病毒检测方法的研究进展

摘要
猪肠道冠状病毒(swine enteric coronavirus,SeCoV)是规模化猪场仔猪病毒性腹泻的主要病原,给全世界的养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失.因此,建立准确、安全、快速、高效的检测SeCoV的方法,有助于及时发现SeCoV并采取措施防控猪肠道冠状病毒病.本文归纳总结了近年检测SeCoV的方法,包括常规病原学检测技术、分子生物学检测技术、血清学检测技术以及新型分子检测技术等,以期为有效诊断与防控猪肠道冠状病毒病提供技术支持.
Abstract
Swine enteric coronavirus(SeCoV)is the main trigger of piglet viral diarrhea in large-scale pig farms,causing tremendous economic losses to the global pig industry.Therefore,accu-rate,safe,rap id and efficient methods is conducive to the timely detection of SeCoV,which also con-tributes to the prevention and control of SeCoV-associated diseases.Here,we summarized the detection methods of SeCoV in recent years,including conventional etiological detection technology,molecular biology detection technology,serological detection technology and novel molecular detection tech-nology.We hope that this review can provide a good theoretical reference for the effective diagnosis,prevention and control of SeCoV-associated diseases.
