摘要
根管冲洗是根管治疗中至关重要的一步,其目的是清洁根管内的细菌和残留物,为根管的填充和封闭创造良好条件.临床常用的根管冲洗技术包括机械冲洗、超声冲洗、声波冲洗、激光辅助根管冲洗和根管负压冲洗等.为提升根管冲洗效果,根管冲洗技术不断被改进,并研发出新型根管冲洗剂,如复合型根管冲洗剂、天然植物提取物及纳米颗粒等.文章就根管冲洗技术和冲洗剂的研究进展做一综述,为改善根管冲洗效果及提高根管治疗成功率提供新思路.
Abstract
Root canal irrigation is a crucial step in root canal treatment,which aims to clean the bacteria and residues in-side the root canal and create good conditions for root canal filling and closure.The commonly used root canal irrigation techniques include mechanical irrigation,ultrasonic irrigation,acoustic irrigation,laser assisted root canal irrigation and negative pressure irrigation,etc.In order to improve the effectiveness of root canal irrigation,root canal irrigation tech-niques have been continuously upgraded,and new root canal irrigation agents have been developed,such as compound root canal irrigation agents,natural plant extracts and nanoparticles.This article reviews the research progress of root ca-nal irrigation techniques and irrigation agents,aiming to provide new ideas for improving the effect of root canal irrigation and increasing the success rate of root canal treatment.
