摘要
由于根管系统解剖结构的复杂性、根管治疗器械抗折性能的局限性及术者操作的不规范等原因,器械分离仍是根管治疗中常见并发症之一,且可能是导致根管治疗失败的主要原因之一.取出分离器械有助于实现根管系统完善的清理成形和严密的充填,从而达到控制感染的目的,在取出分离器械过程中发生的并发症也一直是临床上讨论的热点问题.文章就分离器械取出的术前评估、临床决策及并发症的控制做一介绍.
Abstract
Due to the complexity of the anatomical struc-ture of the root canal system,limitations of the fracture resis-tance of endodontic instruments,and the non-standardized protocols of the operators,instruments separation remains one of the common complications in root canal therapy and may be one of the main reasons leading to the failure of root canal ther-apy.Removing the separated instruments helps to achieve complete cleaning,shaping,and tight filling of the root canal system,thereby achieving the goal of controlling infection.Thus,complications that occur during the removal of separat-ed instruments have always been a key topic of clinical discus-sion.In this article,preoperative evaluation,method selection and control of complications of the removal of separated instru-ments were introduced.
