摘要
种植修复是治疗牙列缺失和牙列缺损的主要方式之一,而种植体周炎可导致种植失败.种植体周炎的临床治疗方法分为非手术治疗和手术治疗,但目前缺乏较为完善统一的治疗方案和治疗成功标准,且不断出现新的治疗理念和治疗思路.文章就近年来种植体周炎临床治疗的研究进展做一综述,以期为其临床治疗提供参考,并为其进一步研究提供思路.
Abstract
Implant-supported restorations have emerged as a leading therapeutic approach for addressing dentition loss and dentition defects.Unfortunately,peri-implantitis is widely acknowledged as a predominant factor contributing to im-plant failure.At present,non-surgical and surgical interventions are considered the primary modalities for treating peri-implantitis.Nevertheless,a standardized and comprehensive approach to peri-implantitis treatment methods and success criteria remains elusive.Constantly,novel concepts and methodologies are being introduced to solve these problems.In this paper,we conduct a review of recent advancements in the treatment of peri-implantitis.Our aim is to offer insights for future research endeavors and serve as a reference for clinical practitioners seeking guidance in this area.
