摘要
牙本质基质(dentin matrix,DM)作为一种新型植骨材料,有着与牙槽骨相似的化学组成和物理结构,具有良好的骨诱导性、骨传导性、生物相容性及可吸收性,应用前景广阔.根据是否经过脱矿处理,DM可分为矿化牙本质基质(mineralized dentin matrix,MDM)和脱矿牙本质基质(demineralized dentin matrix,DDM).近年来,大量的动物及临床研究均证实DDM具备良好的成骨能力,可获得令人满意的临床疗效.文章就DDM的应用基础、生物特性及临床应用做一综述.
Abstract
Dentin matrix(DM)is a new type of bone graft material with similar chemical composition and physical struc-ture to alveolar bone,which has good osteoinductivity,osteoconductivity,biocompatibility and resorbability and has a wide range of application prospects.DM can be divided into mineralized dentin matrix(MDM)and demineralized dentin matrix(DDM),depending on whether it has been demineralized or not.In recent years,a large number of animal experi-ments and clinical studies have confirmed its good osteogenic ability and satisfactory clinical efficacy.In this paper,we review the basis of application,biological characteristics and clinical applications of DDM.
