摘要
面部软组织解剖标志点作为面部形态认知和剖析中至关重要的部分,在口腔医学和整形美容外科学中均有广泛应用.面部软组织解剖标志点受众多因素影响,具有较大的个体差异.因此,面部测量的精细度及面部软组织标志点定位的准确性,一直是相关领域的热点研究内容.从早期最基础的人体直接测量,到二维图像分析,以及现如今的三维立体成像,面部软组织解剖标志点的测定方法不断发展和更新.文章就面部软组织解剖标志点的测定方法及其在口腔医学领域中的应用做一综述.
Abstract
As an important part of facial morphological recognition and analysis,anatomical landmarks of facial soft tis-sue are widely used in stomatology and plastic and aesthetic surgery.The anatomical landmarks of facial soft tissue are af-fected by many factors and have great individual differences.Therefore,the precision of facial measurement and the accu-racy of facial soft tissue marker location have been the hot research topic in related fields.From the most basic direct measurement of the human body in the early days,to two-dimensional image analysis,and now three-dimensional imag-ing,the determination methods of facial soft tissue anatomical landmarks have been constantly developed and updated.This paper mainly describes the different methods of measuring anatomical landmarks of facial soft tissue and their appli-cation in stomatology.
