口腔正畸治疗中外科联合治疗研究进展

摘要
口腔正畸治疗旨在通过调整面部骨骼、牙齿及颌面部的神经和肌肉之间的协调性,以实现口颌系统的平衡、稳定和美观.除了传统矫治和功能矫治之外,外科治疗被应用于一些复杂正畸治疗病例中,其主要包括临时性骨支抗装置植入术、骨皮质切开术及正颌外科手术等.文章就口腔临床正畸治疗中常联合应用的外科治疗技术的适应证、操作技巧及疗效研究进展做一综述,以期为临床医生提供参考.
Abstract
Orthodontic treatment aims to achieve balance,stability,and aesthetics of the craniofacial system by adjusting the coordination between facial bones,teeth,and the neuromuscular system.In addition to traditional and functional or-thodontics,surgical interventions are employed in complex orthodontic cases.These interventions primarily include the implantation of temporary skeletal anchorage devices,corticotomy,and orthognathic surgery.This article provides a com-prehensive review of the research progress in indications,techniques,and therapeutic outcomes of commonly used surgi-cal combined procedures in clinical orthodontic treatment,offering valuable insights for clinicians.
