摘要
发生于口腔软组织的疾病颇为常见,按照疾病类型主要分为肿瘤性及瘤样病变、各类黏膜病变、退行性病变、炎性病变及外伤等.当患者罹患以上疾病时,通常的主诉包括溃烂、长疱、长斑、肿胀等.文章以患者的主诉为导向,通过对患者主诉进行病史询问,根据询问结果进行针对性的口腔临床检查及影像学等辅助检查,从而达到对患者疾病进行快速、准确诊断并及时处理的目的.
Abstract
Diseases that occur in the soft tissues of the oral cavity are quite common,and are mainly divided into neoplas-tic diseases and tumor-like lesions,various mucosal lesions,degenerative lesions,inflammatory lesions and traumatic diseases according to the type of diseases.When patients suffer from the above diseases,the complaints usually include ulcers,blisters,spots,and swelling.Guided by the patients'complaints,the medical history is inquired based on the pa-tients'chief complaints,and according to the results of the inquiry,targeted oral clinical and imaging and other auxiliary examinations are carried out,so as to achieve the purpose of rapid and accurate diagnosis and timely management of the patient's disease.
