摘要

心脏三维标测技术的进展,尤其是心腔内超声(intracardiac echocardiography,ICE)的出现,使心脏电生理手术摆脱了对X射线的依赖从而进入了"零射线"时代,实现了真正的"绿色电生理".无需X射线的"绿色导管室"的出现,大大拓展了心脏电生理手术的场所,不仅让医务人员摆脱了铅衣的负重,同时也助力心房颤动(简称房颤)导管消融术成为"日间手术",绿色电生理时代还诞生了全球首份绿色导管室建设标准及操作技巧的中国专家共识和电刀房间隔穿刺一些新技术.

Abstract

Catheter ablations(CAs)for cardiac arrhythmias have become independent of X-ray in consequence of the development of cardiac three-dimensional(3D)mapping systems,especially the emergence of intracardiac echocardiography(ICE).CAs may now be performed in a purposefully designed fluoroless electrophysiology catheterization laboratory(EP Lab).Performing cardiac electrophysiological procedures without radiation can expand the workplace of CAs and relieve occupational damage to medical personnels.CAs under zero X-ray can bring day-care surgery in atrial fibrillation into practice.A series of new fluoroless conceptions and approaches are springing up in CAs,such as publication of Chinese expert consensus on the construction criteria and operationel skills of the fluoroless cardiac electrophysiology laboratory and transseptal puncture with guidewire in sheath with the assistance of electrocautery.
