左心耳封堵在中国心房颤动治疗中应用现状

摘要
近些年随着左心耳封堵(left atrial appendage closure,LAAC)技术和研究迅速发展,以及众多临床研究结果的公布,LAAC预防房颤卒中及体循环血栓栓塞事件的有效性与安全性得到临床认可,已成为非瓣膜性心房颤动患者卒中预防的重要非药物干预措施.在过去十年中,中国左心耳封堵器械、技术、循证医学证据等方面也取得了显著成绩.文章就LAAC在中国应用和发展述评.
Abstract
With the rapid development of left atrial appendage closure(LAAC)technologies and researches and the publication of the results of many clinical studies in recent years,the efficacy and safety of LAAC in preventing stroke and systemic thromboembolism for atrial fibrillation(AF)have been furtherd emonstrated.LAAC has emerged as an important nonpharmacological intervention for stroke prevention in patients with nonvalvular AF.In the past decade,LAAC devices,technologies and evidence-based medical evidence in China have made remarkable achievements.The present article reviews the application and development of LAAC in China.
