基于循证医学证据的透析血管通路血管内介入治疗的建议

摘要
血液透析用血管通路的血管内介入治疗在我国临床应用日益增多,也是目前国际上研究的热点,近年来产生了大量循证医学证据.但目前国内外相关临床指南、共识的建议不足,影响临床规范化应用.作者基于循证医学证据,针对血管通路的血管内介入治疗用于挽救或促进动静脉内瘘成熟、球囊与支架的选择及预防性或治疗性应用等临床常见问题,提出相关建议,为血管通路的血管内介入治疗临床合理应用提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
Endovascular intervention for hemodialysis vascular access has been increasingly used in China,and it is also a hot research topic in the world at present.In recent years,a large number of evidence-based medical evidences have been generated.However,there is currently a lack of recommendations in relevant clinical guidelines or consensus both domestically and internationally,which affects the standardized application in clinical practice.Based on the evidence-based medical evidences,the author puts forward relevant suggestions concerning the clinical common problems of endovascular intervention for vascular access used to salve or promote the maturity of arteriovenous fistula,the selection of balloons and stents,and the preventive or therapeutic application,so as to provide reference for the clinical rational application of endovascular intervention therapy for vascular access.
