摘要
造血干细胞微移植作为一种新的治疗手段,在恶性血液病特别是老年急性髓系白血病(AML)的治疗中发挥日益重要的作用.文章阐述微移植诞生的背景、提出的理念及植入模式,结合微移植研究现状,总结并期待微移植技术在恶性血液病、实体肿瘤及感染性疾病等领域发挥更大的作用.
Abstract
Hematopoietic stem cell microtransplantation,as a new treatment method,plays an increasingly important role in the treatment of malignant hematological diseases,especially elderly acute myeloid leukemia(AML).This article describes the background of the birth of microtransplantation,the proposed concept and implantation mode,and summarizes and expects that microtransplantation technology will play a greater role in the fields of malignant blood diseases,solid tumors and infectious diseases in combination with the current research situation of microtransplantation.
