微移植技术临床应用及前景

摘要
微移植是一种在有效抗白血病治疗(靶向治疗或化疗等)基础上,将异体干细胞移植和细胞治疗有机结合的新的治疗理念和概念.其研发和应用具有里程碑意义,改变了恶性血液病尤其是老年急性髓系白血病(AML)的治疗理念.文章从微移植技术介绍、临床应用中可能遇到的问题及处理等方面阐述微移植技术的应用.
Abstract
Microtransplantation was a new therapeutic concept and concept that organically combines allogeneic stem cell transplantation and cell therapy on the basis of effective anti-leukemia treatment(targeted therapy or chemotherapy,etc.).Its research and application is a milestone,which has changed the treatment concept of malignant hematological diseases,especially acute myeloid leukemia(AML)in the elderly.This paper expounds the application of micro-transplantation technology from the aspects of introduction of micro-transplantation technology,possible problems in clinical application and treatment.
