摘要
低磷血症是临床上常见的电解质紊乱之一,常伴有钙的代谢紊乱.临床上引起低磷血症的原因很多,且临床症状表现不一,缺乏特异性,容易被误诊.文章主要综述了低磷血症的原因、临床表现、实验室检查、诊断以及低磷血症的治疗,为临床医师提供诊疗思路.
Abstract
Hypophosphatemia is a common electrolyte disorder in clinical practice,often accompanied by calcium metabolism disorders.There are many causes of hypophosphatemia,the clinical symptoms are varied,lacking specificity and easily misdiagnosed.This article mainly reviews the causes,clinical manifestations,laboratory tests,diagnosis,and treatment of hypophosphatemia,providing clinical physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic ideas.
