间质性肺疾病研究进展

摘要
间质性肺疾病是一类累及肺泡和肺间质疾病的总称,临床种类分型多,不同类型预后差距很大,这些都给临床医生诊治此类疾病带来艰巨的挑战.近年来关于间质性肺疾病的临床和基础研究有了很多的新进展.文章就对近年来在纤维化性间质性肺疾病、新型冠状病毒相关间质性肺疾病、结缔组织病相关间质性肺疾病、过敏性肺炎和结节病等常见间质性肺疾病的临床和基础重要新进展进行阐述.
Abstract
Interstitial lung disease is a group of diseases,involving alveoli and pulmonary interstitium.The large number of clinical types and the great difference in prognosis among different types pose a formidable challenge to clinicians in diagnosing and treating these diseases.In recent years,there have been many new advances in the clinical and basic research in this area.In this article,we summarize the important new developments in the clinical and basic research in fibrotic interstitial lung disease,post COVID-19 related interstitial lung disease,connective tissue disease-related interstitial lung disease,allergic pneumonia and sarcoidosis in recent years.
