基于进展性肺纤维化诊断标准引发的几点思考

摘要
随着进展性肺纤维化(PPF)定义的提出,针对PPF的研究逐渐增多.文章通过PPF定义的提出,分析诊断标准变更的原因,并就诊断及治疗中存在的几点问题进行探讨.PPF不是一种单独的疾病,而是疾病进展状态的一种表述,与预后不良相关.不同病因的PPF发病率差异较大,药物治疗原则及预后因病因及影像学表现亦有所不同.因此,应积极进行病因筛查,关注影像学特征,实施个体化治疗,加强随访.
Abstract
With the definition of progressive pulmonary fibrosis(PPF)proposed,the research about PPF has gradually increased.Based on the diagnostic criteria of PPF,the changes in the diagnostic criteria were analyzed,and several problems in diagnosing and treating PPF were discussed in this paper.PPF is characterized by a progressive state of several interstitial lung diseases and is associated with a poor prognosis.The incidence of PPF varies significantly withdifferent etiologies.In addition,considering the various etiologies and imaging manifestations,the principles of pharmacotherapy and prognosis also vary.Therefore,early etiological screening,imaging feature detection,prompt individualized treatment,and consistent follow-up for PPF are urgently needed.
