Objective To analyze the value of single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)combined with virtual touch tissue imaging quantification(VTIQ)in predicting the prognosis of patients with hepatitis B fibrosis. Methods A total of 156 patients with hepatitis B fibrosis in the First Hospital of Jiaxing from October 2017 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patients were followed up for 6 months, and they were divided into good prognosis group(104 cases)and poor prognosis group(52 cases)according to the treatment prognosis, all of them were measured by SPECT of the first time to measure the liver blood flow index and VTIQ to measure the shear wave velocity(SWV),analysis of the value of comparing hepatic blood flow index and SWV values to predict the prognosis of hepatitis B fibrosis. Results The degree of liver fibrosis and Child-Pugh classification in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group(P<0.05),liver blood flow index and SWV were higher than those in the good prognosis group(t=3.861,P<0.001;t=5.393,P<0.001);Multiple linear regression analysis, after controlling for other factors, liver blood flow index,SWV are still independently correlated with the prognosis of hepatitis B fibrosis(liver fibrosis elasticity index)(P<0.05);According to analysis of receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve, the combination of liver blood flow index and SWV predicts the prognosis of hepatitis B fibrosis with area under the curve(AUC)was 0.931,95%CI was 0.889-0.987,sensitivity was 91.80%,and specificity was 82.10%,higher predictive value than single indicators. Conclusion Liver blood flow index,SWV are significantly related to the degree of hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis and Child-Pugh classification. The combined predicting value of prognosis is reliable and can be used as a potential way to predict prognosis.
