提高高血压治疗效果的对策及探索

摘要
高血压是心血管疾病重要的危险因素,防治高血压可降低心血管疾病死亡率和致残率.目前,中国高血压患病率高,控制率低.如何改变这一状况,面临着挑战.当务之急,探索提高中国高血压治疗效果对策.文章认为,应推广联合用药治疗高血压措施、采用个体化的方案治疗高血压、加强综合防控措施治疗高血压、重视排除继发性高血压的筛查、构建规范化的高血压管理模式.采取这些措施,将会改善中国高血压治疗效果不佳的现状,提高中国高血压控制率,有利于患者健康.
Abstract
Hypertension is an important risk factor of cardiovascular disease.Prevention and treatment of hypertension can significantly reduce the mortality and disability rates of cardiovascular disease.Currently,the prevalence of hypertension is still high while the control rates is low in our country.It is a big challenge to change this situation.It is urgent to explore the strategies to improve the treatment effectiveness of hypertension.This article points out that we need to further promote combination and individual therapy for hypertension,strengthen the comprehensive measures,pay attention to the screening of secondary hypertension,and establish the standardized management model.All these measures will change the backwardness in hypertension treatment in China,increase the control rate,and benefit the public health.
