摘要
高血压是全球最常见的心血管慢性疾病,也是全因死亡和心血管死亡重要的危险因素之一.高血压的发病机制复杂,涉及到遗传、社会和环境因素的共同作用,对高血压的发生发展机制进行系统深入的基础研究有利于从根本上实现高血压的精准预防和早期治疗.文章总结了高血压领域最新的基础研究进展,从基因易感性、表观遗传学修饰、节律调节、免疫反应和血管重构等方面重点论述了其参与血压调节和高血压发病的机制,并阐述了肿瘤-高血压以及该概念下两种疾病的相互影响,旨在为高血压的预防和治疗提供新的思路和靶点.
Abstract
Hypertension is the most common chronic cardiovascular disease worldwide,and one of the leading factors for all-cause death and cardiovascular morbidity.The pathogenesis of hypertension is complex,involving the combined action of genetic,social,and environmental factors.Comprehensive and in-depth basic research on the onset and development mechanisms of hypertension facilitates the precise prevention and early intervention of hypertension.This review summarizes the latest basic research advances in hypertension,focusing on the mechanisms of blood pressure regulation and hypertensive pathogenesis from the facets of genetic susceptibility,epigenetic modification,circadian rhythm regulation,immune modulation,and vascular remodeling,and elaborating the cross-link under the concept of onco-hypertension.This review provides new insights and targets for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.
