Primary aldosteronism(PA)has a high incidence and very harmful, but its screening rate is low, diagnosis and evaluation are imperfect, and tradtional treatments have certain limitations. For PA patients who are not suitable for medical and surgical treatment, percutaneous adrenal ablation is an optional treatment measure, which has the advantages of definite efficacy, being safe, and minimal side effects. To effectively treat PA,treatment strategies can be evaluated based on the clinical characteristics and willingness of PA patients to determine the most suitable treatment strategy,in order to avoid side effects and long-term cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risks.
