Objective To analyze the association of thyroid parameters with kidney disorders in post-menopausal women with type 2 from diabetes. Methods We conducted a retrospective study among 365 post-menopausal women with type 2 diabetes from January 2016 to December 2021 in the second affiliated hospital of Anhui medical unirersity and collected the data of personal history, personal lifestyles, physical measurment and laboratory indicators.SPINA-GD,SPINA-GT,TSHI,TT4RI,were calculated. The association between thyroid parameters and DKD was analyzed using logistic regression models. Results Free triiodothyronine(FT3)was positively correlated with eGFR and negatively correlated with creatinine,P<0.05.SPINA-GD and SPINA-GT were positively correlated with eGFR and negatively correlated with UACR and Cr,P<0.05.TSHI and TT4RI were positively correlated with UACR and Cr and negatively correlated with eGFR,P<0.05.Thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)was positively correlated with UACR and negatively correlated with eGFR,P<0.05.After adjusting for confounding factors, logistic regression analysis showed that SPINA-GD(OR 0.88,95%CI:0.82-0.96)was a protective factor of DKD.Conclusion Higher SPINA-GD can reduce the risk of DKD in postmenopausal womens with type 2 diabetes.
